I've been wanting to build a nice underfolder AK for a while, just never seem to find the time or a consensus on the best AK to start with. My Saiga-12 is the closest I have right now.

get a maadi kit from apex or coles dist, and then a polish folder assembly. that would be a perfect combo for a soviet akms clone. also the polish folders lock on both sides like a yugo

edit: or why not just installing an underfolder trunnion and stock on your saiga 12? lol

Would even a Yugo trunnion fit?
Maybe better off with a Polish underfolder trunnion ;)
