View Full Version : what does everyone here drive?
I'm sick and bored at home so I figured I'd start a non firearm topic.

what does everyone here drive?
Besides my wife CRAZY???
Winter finds me in a 96 Bronco. Last year Ford made them.
Or a 92 or 93 F-250 Super cab.
Summer is a little more fun.

Usually ride year round. For some reason this winter has been a little different.
Edit, Oops, 96 not 86.
Had 78-79's for years. Wear one out, get another one.

2005 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 with ATS modded Cummins. Pushing about 550 hp and around 800 ft-lbs torque. I could have more but it hauls my 9,000 lb trailer at the posted speed limit all the way up I-70 and still gives me 17+ mpg average overall while staying under temp red-line at full throttle. Next planned mod is the ATS intake manifold and water injection.

'99 Jeep Wrangler. When this one dies, I'll buy another. I can't see myself living in Colorado and ever owning a different vehicle. Great turning radius, compact size, will drive up the side of a building in 4WD, and is a hit with the girls as well. Mine's the one with little bumper sticker that says, "I love poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick." :)

I'm always impressed by how Jeepers can find big rocks to drive over, most of the rest of us prefer to drive around them. [roll]

Over, or through, or under, or around, or............. y'all are just jealous. It's a proven fact that driving over/through large, unyielding obstacles is a part of the recommended Jeep maintenance diet. ;)

thats something my truck will never have to wory about, it's never been far enough off the road to encounter such a rock. if a weapon that never comes outside is a safe queen, my truck would be a pavement queen.

1986 Toyota 4Runner. Bought it from kwando here on the board over a year ago and have put 16,000 nearly trouble-free miles on it since. It's got 249,5xx miles on it right now, so I'm hoping to take a picture when it rolls a quarter million in a week or two.

Common mistake with Stang lovers, my old man was one! :P That is a good looking Mustang though. I love the late 60's early 70's muscle cars. They are fading quickly, and getting more and more $ every day.
I wanted a new F250 or Silverado this year, then decided I want the 2009 Camaro even more, so I bought the 83' C10. I'll only use a truck for the range and hunting anyway!
