Hi folks,

I'm completely rockie and new in C&R, I just receive my C&R FFL a month ago and just have one M1 Garand, Steyer M95 a Mauser Siamese and tryin to finally
Win a Colt 1911 US Property in GB. For the first time I'm curious about lever action rifles and I'm looking for recommendations for a good Lever Action rifle, if is C&R is better but a rifle that's not brake my wallet. I don't know what caliber but 38 or 45 sounds good, I never shoot a 30-30 but sounds like broke my bones ;-)

Any recommendation is appreciated,

Thanks

I think you mean "lever" action rifles.

I've owned a few levers over the years. I am down to 2, which I consider the best... a Marlin 39a (circa 1951)...

and this one, which may be a little more bullet than you want... 50-110 is a bit of a shoulder thumper
