Bipod questions

I want to put a bipod on one of my AR's. It has a picatinny rail on the handguard and was wondering what I need to get for a bipod. Adaptors and such?

This attachment allows you to adapt the Harris Bipod to the triple mount described above. It is machined from solid aircraft aluminum, then black anodized to mil. specs. Allen head screws clamp the mount solidly to the triple mount's bottom Weaver rail.
