Can anyone recomend a reliable semi-auto .22 mag rifle? Are these suppressable? (not sure thats even a real word!).

yes very suppressable. The best bang for the buck (and it ain't cheap) an older BRNO-CZ or the newest offering

If you want to have fun and suppress it i would suggest one of the marlin 883's I took one threaded the bbl and moved the mag tube back. One of the most accurate 22wmr rifles i had.
