Rubio wouldn't be my first choice but I think he'll make a very credible pick for VP. He'll also make for half of a formidable ticket in Nov.

Suppose that could mean a little R&R for every one after the election : )
That explains why he backed off the Dream Act stuff.
just looked up some info on him due to discussion in another thread
Marco Antonio Rubio (born May 28, 1971) is the junior United States Senator (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Senate) from Florida (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Florida), serving since January 2011. A member of the Republican Party (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republican_Party_%28United_States%29), he previously served as Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speaker_of_the_Florida_House_of_Representatives) (2007–2009).
Born to Cuban (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuba) immigrants, Rubio was raised in Miami, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Las_Vegas,_Nevada).
Rubio was born in Miami, Florida,[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-6) the second son and third child of Mario Rubio and Oria Garcia. His parents were Cubans who had emigrated to the United States in 1956 and were later naturalized as U.S. citizens in 1975.[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-Washington_Post_October_21.2C_2011-7) Rubio's family was Catholic, but from age 8 to age 11, he and his family attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Church_of_Jesus_Christ_of_Latter-day_Saints) while they lived in Las Vegas. He received his first communion as a Catholic in 1984, before moving back to Miami with his family a year later. He was confirmed and married in the Catholic Church.[9] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-Marrapodi-8)[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-myflorida-0)[10] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-politicsdaily-9)[11] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-10)[12] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marco_Rubio#cite_note-11)
so, for a VP, does he have to be a natural born citizen? If I remember correctly doesn't he have to have at least 1 american citizen parent and born within the US in order to be natural born citizen (with .mil exceptions)? or is it just born in US soil?
since he was born in 1971 but parents were naturalized citizens until 1975, is he eligible to be VP?
Obviously obama couldn't give a rip along with the rest of the libtards but I think the law of the land needs to be followed.

Don't buy into the Birther horse manure. Natural born citizen just means a citizen at birth. Since the Fourteenth Amendment, all persons born in the US (and not the children of diplomats of a foreign country) are citizens at birth.
Period.
Marco Rubio qualifies as President under the Constitution.
Hasn't he said 50-bazillion times he isn't interested in doing this?
