View Full Version : New Form 4473
Just to let you folks know, there is a new form 4473 that goes into effect 9 July. I won't affect you unless you are in the US under a nonimmigrant visa.
Now, an alien legally in the US is not required to provide 90-days of proof of continuous residency in the state prior to the transfer of the firearm.

Well other than not being able to afford food, rent (or house payment) or utilities for a month or few.
Got mine today I guess we are supposed to keep using the old ones until the 9th.

It becomes red if you are no longer welcome in the country!
Seriously: It's pinkish....

Oh I heard this once, they said "Iceland is very nice, and Greenland is covered in ice..." Makes very little sense, but hey, Colorado (when it comes to elections) is not really being a very good Red state anymore... [Coffee]
^See what I did there?
I bought a rifle yesterday, halfway through filling out the old form they stopped me tore it up and gave me the new one to fill out.
