From Fox:
"...One of those Democrats, Rep. Jim Matheson of Utah, said, "Sadly, it seems that it will take holding the attorney general in contempt to communicate that evasiveness is unacceptable. It is a vote I will support."
I have a feeling Issa is serious about letting Holder off the hook IF he produced the docs, BECAUSE the docs he's looking for is the "smoking gun" (no pun intended) that shows the fucktard in the "house" knew of all this crap and while adamantly denying they did, the docs would prove otherwise. That's why I think Issa is dangling the "..this could all go away.." to eh knowing that pos would never comply, and if he did they're going after the biggest stank since adam and eve took a shit....jmo
Seems to me like some of the more conservative dems are actually thinking for themselves and looking at what the fuckers, are, and have been doing and are getting a little tired of that shit

Justice shouldn't be such a partisan issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Holder responsible for trying anyone in contempt? I sure hope I'm wrong.
Great symbolic value but the murdering bastard probably won't even do a perp walk.

Yup, Special Prosecutor would be assigned by DOJ. Hopefully some mechanism exists to work around that minor issue.

either way, it's not going away for eh or berry as more dems are speaking up on record of their support with the gop
Nick Rahall, D-W.Va., and John Barrow, D-Ga. are the latest two, that makes 3 total that has come out publicly

It doesn't look like their attempt to sweep it under the carpet till after the election is over is panning out too well.

My fingers are crossed that more and more dems wake up and smell the Marx in the air and turn their back on this administration. I really hope all these black eyes will be remembered in Nov and people stop and actually think "Wait a tic, this guy sucks!" Then vote for anyone but Obama.... I hope this is enough to cost him a reelection.

2 more are breaking rank and siding against eh in the vote tomorrow. These are only ones that have publicly said they will, not the 20+ that fox news says. As you know what they say behind closed doors, is just that, but coming out publicly and saying it is another.
Collin Peterson, D-Minn
Mike McIntyre, D-N.C
Jim Matheson, D-Utah
Nick Rahall, D-W.Va
John Barrow, D-Ga
with the berrycare decision and contempt vote tomorrow, this could be a perfect storm against asshat

I believe a wise man once said "the only thing congress is partisan on is screwing the constitution."
or something to that effect.
:D
another wise man once told me that the only thing a politician cares about is self preservation.
maybe some of congress are thinking that if they start to distance themselves a little now, that maybe they'll keep their jobs

What's the only thing more important to a politician then getting elected??
Getting RE-elected

apparently the NRA has said that depending on how the house votes on this will also be part of their rating. so anyone who doesn't vote to hold holder in contempt will have their gun support downgraded by the NRA. supposedly that is the biggest reason for a few of these dems coming out saying they will vote to hold holder in contempt.

Yeah I understand most of it is trying to save face. Not even going to say any of them are doing this for Agent Brian Terry and his family
I just like seeing those rats falling apart:
Last for words in Democrat ... Rat
Last for words in Republican ... I Can
Last for words in American .. I can
