View Full Version : Result of gun ban?
Didn't Australia clamp down on firearms ownership in recent years?

In recent years, no. They've had very strict laws for a long time. For example, you need to show "genuine reason" to even get an air gun which includes paintball. Anything that holds more than 5 rounds is restricted to government use. You can go to a range and use a club gun that may be attached to the table. Just a couple of examples.
I didn't see what the link was because I can't watch a video at the moment and there was no text description. Way to make a web site, CNN.

Gun control laws increase violent crime. Period.
Buy a copy of this and read it. (http://www.amazon.com/More-Guns-Less-Crime-Understanding/dp/0226493636)

Yes but not completely. A friend had to get rid of his SLR but was able to re chamber his 1911 to keep it.
