I had a chat with my two kids about that deal. The six year old said he would have gone up and sat by her so no one else would hurt her, and the nine year old said that if she had that phone taking the video, she would have used it to call 911 before holding the lady's hand.

My kids are good. It breaks my heart that the kids in the video have such pile of sh1t parents that were unable to teach them right from wrong.

This is an example of CHARITY.

Good people doing good things for someone who was TRULY victimized in this situation, given of their OWN VOLITION.

I hate to be a dick, but her JOB was to be a Bus Monitor . . . that makes her an authority figure whose JOB it is to prevent kids from being bullied. She FAILED at her assigned job. Sure, the kids failed at being human beings and should be expelled and put on a watch list, but she should be fired for incompetence and denied unemployment because she was incapable of doing her job. She didn't even report those kids. What would she have done if they were treating another child like that, or doing even worse? Probably not a damn thing. Enjoy your vacation and get a job as a Wal*Mart greeter . . . they'll even let you ride the little electric cart.

The thing that upsets me the most about this, was if it happened to MY Grandma she would've hauled off and started whalin' the shit out of those brats . . . and then she'd be charged with multiple felonies and sent to prison and put on a list. Does that bus monitor issue a citations/detention etc to those kids? If she could, kids will NOT be acting like that.
We use to call those monitors "aid."
When I was in elementary school, lunch aid can issue a "citation" (that is what they called it, to have detention, principle's office, signature from parents , etc).

Without any authorities, some dumb@ss kids will act stupid.

The kids should be beaten with in an inch of their life. The parents of those kids should then be strapped for never teaching their kids manners.

The bus monitor should not have had that job. I'm sorry, but whatever she was supposed to be doing she wasn't doing. There was another adult on the bus she could have called out to. Her inaction to previous incidents lead exactly to that.

Her position is / was at the very bottom and she was not given the stroke by her bosses to enforce anything (if a school official hurts a kid's feelings, I'll sue!!!). Perhaps that was because at one point in time we respected our elders, and others in general.

What's a little ole lady to do? She's doing the job beacause she's close to retirement and loves time with the kids. When you get little pos kids that don't respect shit and beat her down mentally it hurts pretty bad. Just like if you work in as hospital for kids with special needs and they all turned on you.
