Thought i'd share this...This is kind of long and drags on a little but found this judge rather amusing.

Wow, regardless of what the facts of the case are I can't believe that he acted that way.
I don't understand how he states that he is too angry/personally involved to continue with the case but does not immediately recluse himself but rather continue to make ruling for the next ten plus minutes.
As a question for those a bit more in the know, is it criminal for the Judge to threaten the guy with jail time and other various threats without having any substantial proof (let alone that his accusations would need to be proven in front of a jury)?
I would tend to think so but apparently after a bit of good old google the guy had filed a complaint about the judges behavior but the circuit court refused to see it (presuming that it's their jurisdiction).

Had a Ped that I interrogated and got a confession from, threaten to "get even with those he felt were at fault" for his situation. This was after we were done with the investigation and before his trial. Military doesn't incarcerate before trial unless they are a threat to their self or others or to run. Ya, he got a talking to and we almost put him in pre-trial confinement.
Seriously, I guarantee this judge knows this guy and what he's capable of doing. This isn't a criminal court either. It's a divorce. There is a different set of standards for recusing himself. This guy is trying to intimidate the judge into doing what he wants. IMO, he justified in ripping this guy a new ass.

The schmuck that gave out pictures and addresses of a public official doing nothing but his job in an effort to manipulate him? Na, I would defend that POS, ever. I would contemplate something much worse that yelling at him though.

According to the news article attached to the video the guy denied giving it to the reporter and there is absolutely no proof to suggest that he did. The Judge just assumed that he did it. Correlation does not equal causation.

Really.
A competent judge would have realized that he could not be impartial and had an ethical, maybe even legal obligation to recuse himself. If the pastor did provide a photo of the judges house, it was stupid, but not illegal. The pastor also made an error by not employing an attorney.
Justice is supposed to be blind in the USA. A judge is never to use his court room to settle personal vendettas. A new judge should erase all rulings made by this idiot and start over.

Did you watch is body language when the Judge was yelling? I've interrogated hundreds of people. I've seen the difference between innocent and guilty reactions both verbally and nonverbally. I've been through not one but two classes for evaluating this type of scenario. That dude did exactly what the judge was accusing him of (or knows who did it and approved of it or may be helped in it happening). A one-day investigation by any competent investigator would prove it too. It was written all over his body. His leg crossed and started bouncing faster than an engine piston. His fingers started moving around and his thumbs were bouncing back and forth all over the place. These are all physical distractors. He's cutting himself off from the accusation. Innocent people act like the wife and attorney at the other table, or even lock up in shock of being wrongly accused. I've seen most young men get angry of being wrongfully accused. He's older and I wouldn't expect an anger reaction.
He's also the one that released the video footage to the media. http://wvgazette.com/News/Putnam/201206280127 I found multiple news pieces on him and his church previous to the date of the divorce and multiple stories afterward. This guy has a pre-established relationship with the media and he likes it. How many pastors do you know that end up in the local media as often as this guy. He released the photo and also insinuated the judge wasn't in good standing with the HOA. The Judges house was vandalized afterward too.
The timing of the story is a coincidence too, right. It just happened to appear the same time Hage was ordered back to court for refusing to do what he was previously ordered to do in court. I doubt they will ever investigate how the info was given to the media on the judge as it's a first amendment issue, but I would bet $20 that pastor had his fingers all over it.
Interestingly enough, I haven't found a single article yet where Hage actually denies releasing the photo to the media. Strange since he appears to like the media attention. I may have missed it, but I don't think so.
This guy has indications of narcissistic tendencies all over the place. He did it, and it's as clear as watching the Susan Smith interview to anyone with training.
I've seen Judge Judy go off almost as bad, but I have yet to hear anyone call for her head yet.
