Restaurant in North end of Co Springs?

Hey guys, we are headed to a conference at La Foret.

Wondering if you know a place to eat around interquest parkway/83/N Powers area - within a couple miles will do.

We'd like something that was more healthy than greasy/heavy, but decent and reasoanbly quick are the priorities.

Biaggi's is very close. They are Italian and we drive all the way from FOuntain (45 minutes) just for their New York Strip dinner. The bread they give you before the meal is awesome! In the same shopping mall they have a P F Changs too. I think they have a couple of other restaurants there too.

Oh also right there at HWY83 and I25 there's a Cracker Barrel.

A little further south is the Elephant Bar (just south of the mall on Academy)

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS The name escaped me when I posted earlier. I remembered 2 of the other restaurants in that mall. Montana's (owned by uber liberal ex Mr. Jane Fonda, Ted whateverthehell) ((Can't temember anything lately incuding his damn name)) and California Pizza.

Ok now I remember Ted Turner. I wouldn't eat there just on priciple.
