New CHP

Just picked up my Concealed Handgun Permit from Boulder County Sheriff's Office! The gal who 'printed me (Jodi) said they are issuing 26 CHPs this week, which is Mon-Thurs. They have been averaging 6-8 appts per day for awhile now. Nice to have this before Beeho issues another executive order preventing issue of new CHPs...I really don't think that would happen, but history has now shown that existing laws mean nothing to that clown.

He can Ex order all he wants Concealed Permits are a STATE issue not federal. No need to bum rush the permit offices based on bad info.

Hmmm, still not sure what he meant about "bad info" - I never presented any statement of fact that Beeho had already forestalled issuing of further CHPs. I simply stated my opinion that I wouldn't be surprised if he tried.

He has not issued any orders, while it is just a statement within 30 minutes 1/4 of the board would be posting

Did you get the CCW that same day? I thought I read you were going in the week before you posted on the 12th. I put my App in May 9th. So still waiting.
