Man, the North Shoots are scheduled on the same day as IDPA @ CCC!!! Wish that day was South. Its hard to do both but I think IDPA will win out...

Unless Marlin, 7idl or Karl say its changed - it's safe to assume we have a north shoot this month.

It's still questionable. It depends on my money situation that weekend, but it doesn't look promising I'm afraid. I don't get my refinance money for about 2-3 more weeks yet. :cry: We'll see. Karl.

Just saw the weather report what a huge surprise more snow on the way. we may have another shoot in the snow day I can't wait :-x

I know we were sposed to meet up and drive together, but I have forgotten my brother will be visiting from out of town so I cant make this shoot :(

I've never been out to that area and was wondering how bad this snow is likely to make it? I'm supposed to get my AR15 tomorrow so was hoping to make this shoot.

Also in the stickied thread I saw that people meet up at I-25 & 84th, is anyone planning on being there Saturday?

Well keep an eye out for posts from Pistol Packing Preacher.
He spends time a few miles away so he is often able to give up to date condition reports.

Interesting weather from that site. It's still daylight there and the wind is out of the North at 0 mph. I will likely not be able to get away long enough to make it to the north location.

Actually, he just keeps the last daylight cam shot up until next morning sometime. so....

Absolutely stunning weather today!

There was a good turnout and the only one I had met before is Merl.
A couple guys said 'we found this place from reading COAR-15' but didn't know we had a shoot on for today.
I set up next to Lipp & Cole and they turned out to be excellent neighbors.

Pictures will come later.

Man everyone who didn't show today missed a wonderful day to go shooting I can't believe how gorgeous it was. A nice turnout as well, thanks for the compliment Cole and I appreciate it and you guys are great to shoot with as well I can't wait for the next shoot I think Cole already has it on his schedule!! Thanks again guys and to those who didn't show up NA NA NA NA NA!!!!!

Oh yea I have to go buy more ammo again!

Actually, at the north site, there's the little hill we shoot into, but behind it is a much larger hill. At the south site, the only thing behind the hill, is road. :roll: Oh, and those houses 2 miles back. :twisted: I honestly would not really recommend shooting things such as a 50 at the south site.
