So House Hunters has been on in the back ground all day. It is a show where people look for houses. The real estate agent shows each couple 3 houses for the show. Everyone so far is looking at stuff that is way over priced and way small, at crap locations, and getting excited about it! These people are ridiculous.
"My dream place would be an apartment right in the middle of the city!"
Seriously? I get that people are different, but I just can not understand people that want to live in the middle of the city. They saw some crap hole that was like 700 sq/ft right in the middle of the city and it was too small...surprise. Then they look at this other place and the lady gets super excited because the kitchen meets her dream requirement, by having a window. Don't forget that there is a BACKYARD (150 sq/ft deck that is completely fenced in, looks like the inside of a tree house). But oh no! the guy bitches because it isn't enough in the city. They pan out on the building and it is another crowded ass apartment building, right on top of a busy street, with zero grass either in the front or the back, and zero parking.
The other couples were looking at places in California that were like 1,500 sq/ft for $350,000. The one for $350,000 was a town home.
I used to post on another board that was full of liberal d-bags, and this one lady on the website would get excited about graffiti, and was opposed to the idea of owning a home. Like I said before, I understand that not everyone is the same, and different circumstances work for different people, but being totally opposed to owning the place you live at? Crazy. [/Ronin]
