I didn’t want to post anything till the M11/9 was in my grubby little hands, now it is....

You frequently hear stories of ‘great deals’ to be had.
Most of them are pipe dreams, but here’s one story that was true.

I heard about someone selling a SWD M11/9 (SMG) for $850 from a friend of a friend of a friend (yea right).
I asked my buddy to get the sellers number so I could investigate.
Turns out, the previous owner (PO) bought it back in 94’ from our local Class III dealer.
It was a local transfer on a Form 4 so I only had to pay 1 transfer tax and no dealer transfer fee’s.
The PO said he didn’t want to go through the hassle of selling online or advertising it, he only wanted a face-to-face sell.
He was told he'd get much more $$$ if he sold online.

He sold it to me for $800, which is what he paid for it back in 94' !!!!!!!!!

Purchase Price: $800 & 1ea Form-4 $200 transfer stamp (total gun price $1000)
Gun looks new and the PO said he only fired the 2 mags once, then packed it away.
It comes with 2 mags and a screw-on barrel extension.

Took 1 week to get the fingerprint cards in the mail from ATF and another week to get them back from the Sheriff’s Office.

Actually, no April Fools joke here.
I really did buy an excellent condition SWD M11/9 SMG for $800.

Of course you all will get to rip through a mag when I get to a shoot

Very nice WW [beer] . But please just say no to this configuration:

I'll try it as pictured.
I wanted something rock solid for the RPM's it runs at stock (I think around 1200), not to mention when I throw the Mack-Jack in  .
When I'm up for the Max-11 upper, I'll look into getting his adjustable stock that fits the standard holes.
I can always us the CAA stock pictured on the AR15 I'll build for the wife.
Now the stock pictured doesn't look bad when used with the Max-11 upper and a Red dot scope.

I'll still let you shoot it. [poke]

This is what I want the M11/9 to look like when I get my Lage upper in.
The Caa stock allows great use of a scope or reflex sight.
It's a quick cut/pate, but the best I can do for now

I guess I just like the way they look without all the tacticool stuff, but I can imagine that accuracy is probably a whole lot better with an adjustible stock and foregrip. Either way, I will most certainly take you up on the mag dump and look forward to seeing it in all its F/A glory at the next south shoot [uzi] Congrats again on the smokin deal!
