What gets me is SB county (The Inland Empire) will condemn the property, THEN work with the property owners to get them in to lower financing???????

We break our chops to make sure payments are made and maintain a good (VG) credit score, then these fukers will be allowed to refi at some lowball set rate, just to make payments..

I know i'm on a lot of pharmas for pain, but this shit hurts...........
