I just ran out of my last bottle of Dillo Dust and I need more (soon - its absolutely awesome on beef ribs). However I don't *need* anything from Mark currently and he wont give me the damn recipe.

Do any of you have a couple of bottles you want to get rid of?

I have a 4 oz. I'd be willing to part with for a brother in need.

You should have called me an hour ago. I would have brought some down your way. We are going to a wedding and staying the night so I wont be around until next week. If you still need some we can get together then

I've been working on duplicating common spice combinations to save money by buying the spices in bulk from costco. I have the William Sonoma $10/can fish rub down and I was working on a good steak rub. I'll let you know if I can figure out the dillo dust... I know he puts a bit of sugar in it...

On topic, I have a guy at work that makes "Fire and Brimstone".
It is a blend of nine different pepper powders..
Nice spicy bite but awesome flavor too.
Goes great on a Santiagos hot smothered burrito.

Hungry now, gotta go-Santiagos is right up the street!

Santiagos.... there's one in Castle Rock right? Good stuff there.
Never tried dillo dust... have just about every other spice (hot) that is..
