In Denver, but they'll ship: www.continentalsausage.com (http://www.continentalsausage.com)
It's a seasonal thing there, usually in the winter, but it's possible they still have some frozen.

It just doesn't sound good.

Don't knock it 'til you have tried it... It is true that it doesn't sound too appetizing when you first hear about it but it actually tastes very good (and it makes you [Weight] ). :D

They have really good blood sausage at Euclid Hall (downtown Denver).

Love it. Can't eat too much of it, because it's rich as hell, but it's good.

My FIL dressed out a lot of hogs and did butchering for his neighbors. I remember him and his next door neighbor making blood sausage once.

Imagine a giant cauldron of blood and rice cooking... [Pot]

Actually, the finished product was pretty good. He never could get me to try brains and eggs though. [Puke]

If you are willing to make the drive, Franks Meat Market in Pueblo has some outstanding Blood Sausage.

Thanks for the help guys.
Will be up in Denver this weekend for and overnight stay so I will check out those places mentioned.
Almost went to Pueblo yesterday. If I had known about the meat market I would have definitely stopped by!

I hope this gets her off my back about it!

Frank's is in Blende, east of Pueblo on Highway 50 Business. It's a real old fashioned neighborhood grocery and butcher shop.

Also, if you come down this way, make sure and stop at Gagliano's Italian Market (http://www.bing.com/local/details.aspx?lid=YN146x2823997&q=Gagliano%27s+Italian+Market+Pueblo+CO&FORM=LARE&displayFirstImage=True#photos). I guarantee you it will become a regular destination.

We were there last year watching a woman pay over $50 for a two pound plus chunk of parmigiano cheese. My wife asked her if it was really worth that much, and the guy behind the counter handed each us a slice (they're really generous with samples). Suffice to say, we took home our own $50 chunk of cheese.
