My original post of being laid off from work back in February was a victim of the Great Server Crash of 2012.

Anyways... I am once again employed! I will be working for Benson Systems (http://www.bensonsys.com) as a service technician in the security and fire alarm divisions. I accepted and signed the offer letter today. They offered me $1/hr more than what I asked for (bonus!) along with a company truck, gas card, Home Depot card, and an iPhone. I will be starting in early August only because I'm in the process of moving to a new place next weekend.

It would have been nice to get a job there in Colorado Springs but the job market flat out sucks for the field I'm in. Hence my moving to the Phoenix area.

When time permits, I'll definitely come back for a visit. Just make sure you have some of the elk chili of yours made! [Beer]

JP, Phoenix isn't a bad second choice IMO. Lived there before and I like it. Good places to shoot, the desert is beautiful and you have a GREAT Sheriff.

I grew up in south Scottsdale and graduated from Saguaro high school. I have quite a few friends here and moving back was an easy choice to make. Sheriff Joe will always get my vote!
