Kel-Tec's customer service is second to none! They spent more on postage & materials than I paid for parts. Not only that, but the turn around time was incredibly fast.

They have earned a customer for life.

That is good to know but you must add that you have to be the "original" owner or they charge you! In my opinion that is shit! Glock will warranty and cover postage no matter what.....

Sold my Kel-tec because of this and won't buy there stuff....

I had the same experience - original owner and the issue was resolved quickly.

Kel-Tec definately has some manufacturing issues, but customer service is second to none. I have purchased 8 guns from them this year. Sent one back on Monday and had the new one on Friday.

+1. Customer service is great, got stuff sent out immediately (even if not second owner). Got rid of my Kel-Tec handguns though. If I can't trust them with my life, then....

In all fairness, the P32's that I've owned have been great. The Sub2000k has been reliable also. The PF9, not so much.

Hi Point will ask you to pay postage to their facility, but they toss in an extra mag when they ship the gun back :) First owner or 10,000th owner
