View Full Version : CSPD officer killed today
A CSPD motorcycle officer was killed this afternoon near Austin bluffs and Oro Blanco. Details are still kinda vague, but sounds like he may have been chasing a crotch rock.
Sad stuff, RIP.

Saw this story on here first. Was talking with my Mom last night who is traveling and she mentioned having to be back home before Saturday so her and her soon-to-be-husband could fly out to Colorado for this funeral/memorial. Turns out, the officer that was killed, Matt Tyner, is a cousin of my Mom's soon-to-be-husband.
I passed along everyone's condolences from here to her soon-to-be-husband. I didn't know Matt Tyner, but I also don't know my Mom's soon-to-be-husband. Regardless, its always tragic to hear of an officer dying in the line of duty.
