Everywhere I look... just about all things being plastered on T.V., the internet, papers... etc.. all I hear is Gun's this! Gun's that! Regulate! Ban! Control!... cause of this one mutha phucker that committed this heinous act..

You guys know where I'm going with this...

Why can't we torture the sh*t out of him and execute this douche bag publicly...?!

I bet it would make an individual think twice about doing some stupid sh*t...

.. and it would have peoples eyes and minds off all these bright ideas that gun control is actually gonna stop hardened criminals, or evil people from doing what they want in this society...

Part of their agenda is to allow these things to happen so they can use them to their advantage. No conspiracy here, just knowledge that they have an agenda. This kind of thing is just 'good business' to them.

I do agree, however, that capital/corporal punishment tends to deter certain behavior: however, they keep messing with the law of "cause and effect" and then wonder why people are the way they are...

No public execution, just execution without media. No appealing the death penalty. No sitting in jail for years getting 3 meals a day etc.

They built a $4.000.000.000 dialysis unit at a max facility in CA for 1 that's right ONE life w/out parole inmate so, he would not die[Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang] from kidney failure

A flight for life for another lifer after he took a tv to the skull. 2 hrs later he's..............DEAD
There's more if you really want to get that ulcer going.

Aren't these the same people who say we shouldn't torture detainees (they won't even call them prisoners) at Gitmo? If so, 'nuff said.

While the death penalty may not deter anyone but the convicted; swift hanging is humane, under a year. Set the gallows up at the jail.

Why punish the guilty? The new world punishes the innocent while the guilty get free cable, 3 hots and a cot. I get screwed, taxed, and have to work my ass off to pay all the BS taxes then get told what i can and cant spend the rest of my paycheck on!!! Its no wonder so many people lose it anymore.

makes me sick just thinking about the money spent not only on people who should be dead immediately after trial, but the money wasted in the media, politics etc etc.
There are a lot better uses out there.

I have been saying it for years. Make the damn punishment fit the crime. If you get people that still are doing this crap, it should be a clear indication that they do not fear the consequences of their actions. Only when the fear of the consequences out weighs their perceivable goal will the crimes stop. We need to take a harder stance on murder in this country. Hang 'em. In public in broad daylight, on TV what ever it takes to get the message out that we will not tolerate the murder of innocent civilians no matter how they carry out their attacks.
