I like the gratuitous use of the term "fact check" in this article. This "treaty" clearly calls for a national gun registration database for all weapons including small arms which amounts to mandating legislation in this, our sovereign nation.

Looks like we get a little reprieve.
UN fails to reach deal on global arms treaty as US asks for more time. (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/27/un-fails-to-reach-deal-on-global-arms-trade-treaty-as-us-asks-for-more-time/?test=latestnews)

Be assured this was done on purpose. Miss Hillary knows this is an election year and is smart enough to realize the political cost.
Its just a stay of execution.
No, I think they couldn't get it passed. They didn't want to be "defeated" in the senate so they postponed it.
It isn't dead just yet, but rather dormant. They'll bring it back up when the conditions are just right.
So, I still can't find which Senators are willing to vote for this. And I think this comes up every 4 years or so? So will it be 4 more years? Too many questions, haven't heard any experts on this, but Im sure Alex Jones will cover this, no one else is to my knowledge.

I called Udall yesterday and he said he was opposed to it. Bennett was wishy washy and wouldn't say other than, " Senator Bennett supports the 2nd amendment and wouldn't do anything bla bla bla bla bla."
