Some one i asked thought it may have been miles gear (Armys laser tag training equipment)

but the excerpt under it :

actually i think it might be an AN/PEQ-2, the only sites i am finding are airsoft crap.

right, looks to me like the PEQ-2's we used to use (that or the equivalent) (IR laser aiming device)

they're pretty bad ass on night ops with NVG's (of course)

MILES gear usually mounts in front of the front sight post.
