Just some freindly advice mounting the eotech to the factory handgaurds is not going to work very well. Those handgaurds move it will never be accurate.
I would either mount it on the upper reciever and get a BUIS or if you want to mount it as you did get a free floating rail system.

Hunter, I have had only about 500 down range and have had no problem with accuracy. I also questioned this when it was mounted. I also removed the carry handle and mounted it that way. I just need to get a rear site.

I have only had time for work. We are in the last three weeks of a 3.5 million, 90 day, demo to the shell and rebuild. I have had an average of 40 men a day. The cost is only for electrical.
We do need to get the CS shoot on the calendar soon.

Wow, that sounds crazy. I hear ya, I've been slammed with work and school and haven't even been shooting since February, and that was just a quick afternoon by myself.
I'll get the CS shoot worked out soon and post it up. :)
