Wife's Bday is this week and she isnt sure where she wants to go to dinner.
It has to be kid friendly and also decent. She thought of Texas Roadhouse[Puke]
I was thinking Hops, but not much diff then TRH. There will be 4 kids and a baby
so keep that in mind in suggestions. Id like to stay away from Denver because well its Denver.

Dave and Busters is fun.
Do you have a Rock Bottom near where you live? Good food and I like their brew....

I have a 4 & 6 year old and we usually go to Red Robin because it's loud to cover the noise the kids make, the food is consistently good (or at the very least the burgers are), and they get a balloon which is the best part of the trip for any kid.

Get a sitter and take your wife out to a decent meal.
Red Robin is way overpriced and not that good.
How about Cinzetti's. Call ahead if you go there and you wont have to wait. The wait there can be ridiculous.

I think it is TRH or Outback. IDK at this point it has gone from TRH to Italian to seafood now back to steak. [Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang][Bang]

My wife and I really like Carrabbas for faux Italian, and it is kid friendly.
If you are willing to make the trek up to Boulder, Salt (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g33324-d1533054-Reviews-SALT_The_Bistro-Boulder_Colorado.html) is where my wife and I went for our anniversary. It is one of those 'locally grown' trendy places, but the prices weren't bad and my burger was delicious. Nice mix of the fancy and the pedestrian.
They were very good to us on our anniversary. My toddler went nuts and started throwing forks. The bartender(ess) actually came out from the bar and made him some 'animals' out of bar fruit and toothpicks to play with.
Italian: One of my absolute favorites is http://www.bellabistro.com/ Also in the same zip code is http://arvadavilla.com/ another favorite, not quite a boutique as bella, but good food.
Mexican: Hacienda Colorado is always a favorite, just a bit north of Arvada.
Polish: http://www.cracoviarestaurant.com/ is excellent, again just north of Arvada.
If you want to go to Golden, there is a Woody's, or better yet, across the street Table Mountain Inn which is excellent. There are some nice shops on the street and a few really good ice cream places.
Can't recommend a better steak place than my backyard in all honesty!

We have 3 kids all under 5 and outback was a loud enough place for us.
Red Robin for sure. Great food, loud, and drinks. Plus you can get the bird to come over and sing happy birthday to your wife.[Coffee] You and the kids will love it.
