Ruger Blackhawk Bisley Conversion

I am interested in getting a stainless Ruger Blackhawk in 44 magnum, with a 4 5/8 barrel, adjustable sights.

I would like to get a bisley stainless, but it is not available from Ruger with these specifications.

I was wondering if anyone locally has converted a regular Blackhawk to a Bisley, especially in stainless, how difficult it was and obtaining the parts required as well as cost. So the details.
