Does any member have access or make Custom Work Shirts?

I'm looking for some new work shirts for my guys and myself. Does anyone on here do or know a place that can get me some polo and t-shirts with our names on them and maybe a logo?

I thought I would check here before I look further. I would need both the shirts, and application of artwork/names done.

They charge by how many colors/ screens used. The artwork is of course additional. Polo shirts run much more than t's. Pocket t's in the middle price range. All shirts will be priced based on percentages.
50/50 cotton, poly
75/25
100% cotton

Mfg of the shirt adds another and the less you run the more it is. Most shops do not run less than 144 (1gross) per lot. I priced out single color t's with 1 color screening. I saved about $85 buying and running 144 than the original 50 originally budgeted for.
