It seems like all jobs get old after a few years.

What I want to know is why the employee(s) are the scapegoats for all the personal, professional, and mental problems the boss has? Last boss I had was diagnosed bipolar and tried to off himself. My current boss thinks all his personal and management problems are the workers' fault. He barely talks to me other than shop business. I have no money invested in the business and do not even have a key to the shop.

Well enough of that. Why is the boss like a diaper? Because he is always all wet and full of poo. [roll]

Not to rub it in, but I love my job. :) I'm also going to school to get my LPN within the year, which guarantees that I can pretty much choose what city I want to work in. Had a friend of a friend who worked for a traveling LPN program and not only did he get to pick which city he worked in, but they put him up in a $2,400 a month condo, paid him $36 an hour, and he got as much or as little time as he wanted. I'm thinking Hawaii or Alaska for my first sojourn as soon as I'm certified... :)

I work for one of my best buddies, and I like it a lot. You know it's a good gig when you want to go racing on a Friday afternoon, there are three Mustangs parked outside the office, and your boss says "Hurry up and get the hell out of here, we gotta get to the track."
