Well,
To be honest-the Sertoma show is always questionable. For you guys in Denver....its a short drive.
On the positive side....there is usually something running around that you won't find in Denver.
All the shows for the last few weeks have been much busier than usual. So....as many of you have mentioned.....the vendors are sticking pretty tight to their prices.....but.......they are also looking for inventory. So it may not be a great place to find a bargain.....but it would be a REALLY good time to dump a gun that's gathering dust.
It's also free to active military. For me, that makes it worth the gas to drive there.

That helps. Be sure to stop by my tables and say hello if you make it out there. I'll be a the endcap of row C....and I always have a table full of slingshots and crossbows and rubberband guns with me for the kids...which also makes me easy to find.

Hope to see you there. I'll have to remind my son to bring his money.

I like to support the Sertoma show because I like how they use my fees. The safe is so full right now that it's hard to talk myself into buying anything other than ammo anyway ...

Not walking distance but we're probably heading over this weekend some time. My wife problem is the opposite, she's on the prowl for a new revolver.
Saw some good deals there today:
Glock 20 10mm in Like New condition for $499.
Ruger KP95DC 9mm two-tone no-rail in excellent condition for $289
Beretta 92FS 9mm US made metal guide rod in very good to excellent for $499
Bulgy Mak commercial model in good condition for $199

I went today. Saw Jordan and Alex hanging out. Bought some powder to start loading 300BLK and picked up a jug of 1200 nickle 38 super cases for $20 and another bag of 500 comp cases for $10.
The guy selling Magpul stuff seemed to be in line price wise. $59 for an MOE buttstock.
I picked up a $50 pack of Froglube from Bellatore Elite Distribution. I've read nothing but good things about this CLP and can't wait to put it on my weapons. If it eases cleaning the carbon fouling from my bolt carrier & bolt, it will be well worth the $$$!

Did they have any more 38 super brass? That is the only one I'm in short supply of. Maybe I'll try the wanted section for some too.

They had more comp brass. About 800 when I left. 1 o'clock 30' from alex's table[Flower]
I ran into Kevin from livefirearmory he was tucked in the back corner and was doing a lot of business, he may have to re-stock back up after this one. One guy was there and I thought he was going to buy him out of pmags and maddogs, I also got some more froglube which is my second batch, this stuff is amazing and people should try it, a lot of sceptics but I have used it and am now a convert, wonderful stuff. Picked up a couple of snakes from kevin as well, his prices were good.

It allways worked for me in the past![Tooth]
I got to see some cool stuff, much better than the NY shows by a longshot! I actualy saw guns for sale and not tons of beef jerky and chineese knockoff knives!!
And the people there and the venderors were quite polite and freindly. Not the typical rude know it all attitude like NY.
I wish I had some more cash but theres allways next time. The wife did pick up the latest handload book so thats a start. Now all I have to do is get the rest of the setup ;)
And my hunt for Enfield parts still continues!

I do have a Taurus Compact-which was sitting in its original styrafoam box.
The price on the Beretta 92 Compact is $950. SOunds pricey....but I did a nationwide internet search. Its the only 92c I can find from the mid-1980's (steel frame) Unfired in the box.

Only talked to about 500 people over the weekend. No way to know who you were. We need a special forum salute or something.
