Telling is the statement in the last Paragraph:

"We don't care about secularism, democracy, the international community or others. People must accept that we will impose sharia whether they like it or not," he said. "It is not tramps like journalists who are going to stop us."

Give them 1/2 a chance & they'll implement the same thing here.

Read this report when you have time. It's worse than most people know.

Shariah Law and American State Courts: An Assessment of State Appellate Court Cases includes summaries of several cases in which the court’s application of Shariah law appears to be in direct conflict with Constitutional liberties and the public policies of the state.

In the name of religious freedom, US courts have upheld Shariah law many times.

... FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T GET IT*

I got it, but I still don't "get it".

Muslims, not Christians, Buddist's, Hindu's, Sikh's, Satanist's, etc. committed the worst acts of terrorism on US soil ever perpetrated and have attempted more of these acts multiple times since.

Grandma with a colostomy bag and 2 year old Junior in his stroller have to be manhandled to the point of embarrassment and depravity by TSA yet a Muslim woman(?) in a burka only has to be checked from the neck up for "religious reasons".

In the name of "separation of church and state" and freedom of religion we've removed all evidence of Christian values and beliefs (no “10 Commandments” displayed in Courtrooms, no Nativity scenes on public property, etc.), yet we are willing to allow Muslims to implement Sharia Law in communities because of “religious freedom”. This same “Sharia Law” which flies in the face of the values, laws, punishments and procedures established since the inception of this nation. Communities such as Deerborn, Michigan enact religious (Muslim)-based rules (laws) which contradict the restrictions secured by the US Constitution.
No, I don’t get it.

I'm with you brother. Madness has overtaken our nation and we'll never do anything to reverse course.

This is exactly what I meant with my statement.

I'm with you on this... sadly.

When the TSA first hit the airports one of the ironic things i witnessed was how everyone is treated. The person of color (Black) TSA agent was putting hispanics, and others a more difficult time than blacks or whites.

We look the other way in states like MI where the concentration of Muslims is very high. Yet are so focused on former White service men who "pose a domestic terrorist" threat to this country.

When you have a religion with as many members as Islam, there are going to be quite a few different viewpoints within that religion (and even more views from outsiders). To take the rantings of a few different fanatics within Islam and paint the entire religion as such is no different than assuming that all Baptists are cut from the same fabric as the Westboro Baptist Church folks.

I've lived in a few different Islamic countries in the past and I never saw what people in the U.S. claim to be the norm with Muslims in general. Granted, I've never seen the level of violence in the U.S. that the media in other countries claims to exist in every American town on an hourly basis with "everyone shooting each other constantly".

Point taken, and I agree with what you are saying for the most part. However, I'm just trying to remember the last time any Christian "nut jobs" flew a couple planes into a building and killed over 3000 people, or something equivalent to that.

And I really don't want to hear that crap "Apparently you've never heard of the crusades" argument. I'm talking within the last hundred years. And don't get me started on how many people have been killed by "atheism" in the last century.

Westboro baptist are literally a group of less than 50 people. There are imam's (sp?) calling for the death of reporters, journalists, politicians, on a near daily basis.

My father did have similar stories about the people of Jordan, however. He spoke of how western and Christian friendly that nation was. However, the muslim chaplains he did his exchange program with did admit that it is okay in their religion to deceive their enemies so... take that for what its worth.
