Has anyone tried to get a signoff in this County? I have a trust, so it's not real concern, but I am curious to know what the scoop is...

Regards,

He will NOT sign.

This.

I went through a bunch of hoops about a year and a half, maybe two years ago. Turned in my form 1 to a "Special Investigations Sgt." who I was told reviews the application, then forwards it to the sheriff for signature.

Months went by and I never heard anything back. When I finally called the Sgt. he told me that Robinson has a "Will Not Sign" Policy for form 1s and 4s. Never even addressed why they took my application in the first place. Wasted months of my time, I wasn't to happy.

On this subject, How much. Longer does the current Sheriff have left in office, ( I have read postings here that this is his last term to be able to run ) and of those running to replace him, who is NFA item friendly ?

Doesn't mean shit. Sheriffs as in AC are political lackeys who besides the appearance of running against someone, are just waiting for the polls to close so then can be seated "officially"
There are a lot of sheriffs who actually believe in the 2nd amendment and only care in keeping guns out of criminals hands.
AC never.
Until statewide CCW was passed how many sheriffs signed off for permits, besides El Paso, Weld and Larimer?

sorry kind of drifter wayyyyyyyyy oT. my bad.
