Wow. That is all I can say. Instead of banning Xboxes and redbull we should just start banning stupid people the right to have children. This is all parenting, in my opinion. Did she even know where her son was for five days! I mean really?!?!

Hey to me it'a a way of cleansing the STUPID gene pool qualifiers.
Kids today are really stupid I mean really stupid. But it is because of mom and dad.
Hell my grandson would rather be fishing ,hunting or hiking the mtns, and he lives in littleton.
Modern Warfare 3? I lasted about 15 minutes...

why aren't the parents being charged with anything?
You can bet your ASS Had he brought a Modern warfare T-Shirt with a picture of a GUN on it to school there would be 400 kinds of hell to pay.

His punishment should be being a farm hand after school the rest of the year!
Which to me was just life growing up as a teen.
Shoveling pig shit is so fucking cool,,Not. but it has an intersting outcome on how you handle life after it.

Sounds like a really dumb young man.
I mean you can go blaming parents all you want but at some point, can you please just say that's one dumb kid and move on with life?
Sometimes it isn't some thing with wider implications about society as a whole.

What a noob. Any real gamer knows if you're going on a week-long binge, you need several cases of Mountain Dew and boxes of Hot Pockets to get you through. That's just common-freaking-sense.

You can't fix stupid.
I have 40 acres for my boys to attend to when they are old enough (2 and 4). I have seen what game consoles can do to kids, and this is a fine example, when you let them play ALL the time.
Nothing wrong with them...just limit the time they spend on the damn things and make them go outside and do physical activities as well! I don't understand why kids have no desire to be outside these days...I LOVED it and still do!
Makes me think of that World of Warcraft Southpark when Cartman calls his mom down to crap in the bed pan. Priceless!

I was a ranch-hand in high school. Effing loved that job. All I did was drive tractors around all day among other fun things like shooting coyotes, shooting p-dogs, riding quads, etc

It's really all about moderation. I play xox, does it take all my time, no. There are limits in this world and parents need to set those limits. I see it like candy. You tell a kid he can't ever have candy, first time they get it, they make themselves sick.

I grew up on vidya gaems, actually.
They're not so bad. The next gen's recreation. We just end up needing to hit the gym and eat better than the previous ones.
