This little one was first spotted last year with a sibling and momma and has since "moved into the area" to stake a claim. Has been making a lot of appearances over the past few months but today we finally caught some pics of a favorite past-time, bathing. This is at a small water-shed down below my place with a retention pool, this cat comes-up and goes for a swim about once a day. Pics are not that good but...humorous live, like watchin' a little kid at a swimming pool. Excellent looking animal, very healthy so far...

Looks a lot better than the yearling I saw a few months ago at Radium. He was shedding his winter coat and looked pretty ragged.

Ya know, that's probably one of the reasons I'm not a hunter. I'd probably like to take a deer or an elk, I'm certainly not morally opposed to it. But I get such a thrill out of just watching wild critters and taking photos of them. I mean, ya have a freakin' bear hanging out around your place, and that fox too, how cool is that? How could someone shoot critters that are like friends? As long as they're no threat....man, I could watch 'em for hours.

Awesome pics. Thanks. I can't seem to get my bears or lions on the motion cam. I need to upgrade I guess.
