Not that this is the first time bad behavior has been observed in the Federal government, but are we seeing a pattern?

The GSA scandal was just a few months ago...

This is what happens when the top guy appoints bad people to top positions. Bad people tend to appoint other bad people...

Character matters. History shows these similar types of things to happen by people with similar ideologies. Ever read of all the accounts of other 'regimes'?

+1. I think old Carl Shurz had something to say along those lines:
