I have a bad tooth and it is making me cranky (ok, lets be honest. It is making me even MORE cranky). Any recommendations? Since it will probably involve a root canal or pulling the tooth I am thinking I should keep driving down to a minimum after so Aurora area would work best.

Last winter my wife had some pretty serious dental issues and the Comfort Dental in Brighton did a great job getting her fixed up. I was surprised that the cost was very reasonable(and I tend to be a tightwad).

You gonna hammer in the morning with it? Your location leads me to believe you are not going to be much help.

Okay, Thor, unless you can hit him from there....
pm sent for dentist in aurora (quincy & parker)
Dr Hom at DelMar Cir and Peoria. Chinese guy who loves fishing. Never answers the phone so you have to stop by. But he doesn't feed you BS shit all these American docs do. If you want it pulled he will pull it. Works slow but does great work. I don't have insurance and use him

Looks like I'm going to need three root canals and three crowns. A friend recommended Comfort Dental. I looked at their price list and benifits and joined. $217 per year for me and the wife. Their quoted price is about half of what I previously paid for root canal and crowns. Free exam, free exrays and cleaning. Their listed price to have a cavity filled is $75. My wife had one filled by another dentist (not Comfort Dental) last week and was charged $214. Had my first free visit with exrays yesterday and I go back tomorrow for a treatment plan and first session. So far Im impressed.
Fly to Mexico along the Sea Of Cortez. Book a fishing trip and get your dental work done for about 1/3 of what it would cost here.

Aspenwood Dental in A-town. They aren't cheap, but it worth it. I have had some bad experiences with dentists and they fixed it. Get it done by a professional and you only do it once.

Paul Andrus was good to me. No idea if he's a gun guy but I've been very pleased with him as a dentist.
Of course, he's at 20th/Wadsworth and I don't know if you're excited to travel that far.
