Opinions wanted on my friend's music writing and playing

A friend of mine named Robert Ake has been playing and writing music for a long time, he has finally put something down on paper and mp3. I told him I'd get some opinions from a group of guys who are straight shooters. [roll]

The end of the day was my favorite and I think that is some great stuff. If he want's a gig where people would love that kind of music (Hermits Hideaway) I know the owner. He would do awesome in a biker bar.

From what I know, he's been there and done that in the club scene. His goal is music-writing, lyrics, that kind of stuff. I'm not in the industry so I don't know the terminology. He played every instrument in the three songs.
