Thoughts on tru glo optics

So I just completes my AR build. It's an RRA lower with a Spikes trigger group and a CMMG upper. When I was at gander mountain earlier today I spotted the tru glo optics. One was $30. Now I know that you get what you pay for, but what do you all think of them?

Tru glo dot sights are pretty nice for the money...careful for glare facing the early or late day sun on the models without hoods.
