Black Teflon vs Gray Film Mags

Other then the price what is the difference between the Black Teflon mags and the Gray Dry Film mags? Is one corrison resistant? Which is prefered to have and why?

I have both types. Performance-wise, I have seen no differeence. I have more black teflon mags only because of availability and pricing at the times that I ordered mags but all operate flawlessly. I do install Magpul followers in them just for insurance after initial testing.
I have never seen a drop of corrosion on them, but then, I do live in AZ where humidity level numbers are similar to interest rates.
