I haven't seen a whole lot of negative posted about Primary Arms. Probably because they're customer service is top notch.
I mailed out my broken M4 clone on Monday (the dot stopped shining after less than 500 shots of .223), they received it on Wed and called me that day. Something broke inside and they had a replacement for me. They sent it out after I got off the phone with them and I received it today (Friday). Less than a 5 day turnaround from when I mailed it.
It's probably not a piece of equipment I would trust my life with, but sure is fun to plink with! Hopefully this one will last longer. :Cool:
