So a while ago I sold my G19 for financial reasons, etc.

If you still have it and you're open to a possible trade, please send me a PM.

I apologize as I don't know whom to address this too as I didn't keep the selling PM as I didn't think I'd ever get a chance to get it back.

Thank you.

Seller's remorse sucks worse than buyer's remorse! I was able to get a couple back once, for a steep price, but it was worth it. Good luck in your hunt.

Get one of the fancy new FDE ones? They have both gen 3 & 4. Or are you attached to that particular G19?

I was kind of attached to that one. It had a trigger job and a few aftermarket goodies that I really enjoyed. I was going to offer a trade of sorts. But if I can't find it, I just may sale my G26 and try to get another G19 and start from scratch.

The FDE ones are pretty spiffy... but hard to come across.

Not on my feet yet, but I'm starting to tread water a little better.

They sure are spiffy

Now you probably won't find a FDE one used. Specialty have them priced same as the normal ones.

It's where I got my FDE G17! Specialty rocks and they're all really nice there. Worth the drive from north metro, IMO.

Help find a G20, 3rd Gen, in FDE!! Kidding, couldn't afford it anyways. Bravo Arms told me that Glock quit making the FDE stuff. That sucks...

I wouldn't worry about a trigger job. You know where to get another for the same price. So, if you end up with a different one down the line, it's all good.

Thank you all for the well-wishes, etc. Good folks.

I WAS able to get my old G19 back. Love it, love it. Some things just "fit", ya know? Good stuff. Sooner or later I'll get to the range.

Maybe we can hit the range together sometime...

When I bought his G19, I told him I was just 'holding' it for him until a later time! It was a lesson in obedience and stewardship for me!

+10!!! Would love to go to the range, just need time and $$. Gimme a few weeks or so.

Thanks again Mark, I didn't know if you wanted me to publicly state it was you or not. In any case, I hugely appreciate it. You said you were "holding" it, but I honestly thought I'd never see it again due to back debts, etc. Anyways, I'm loving it.

Just spent my lunch money and bought a paychmeyer glove for it too, the Hougue was getting worn out, lol.

I think I've got a Hogue somewhere laying around if you need it.

How's the Pachmeyer (sp?)?

BigBear
09-12-2012, 12:12
No, the Hogue is fine and all. But I greatly prefer the pacha grip gloves...

to me it offers a better grip with more tactile response. Just "feels" better. Hard to describe.

Yeah. Gotta love it when you give someone a good price on something and see them repost it trying to flip it for 50% more than they paid . . . especially when you regretted selling it in the first place.
