is your beef with him the title? if so, big deal numerous auctions and for sale items list names of things that they arent. it gets people to look.
i really dont see a problem with it.
when i had a 300-221 for sale, i had whisper in the title. someone like you told me to take the listing down because it was not built by jd jones.

Sorry to go off topic here but the pic of the bottom of the grip with the metal wire catch that holds the trap door shut... Doesn't the shape of it look like HK is giving everyone the finger?!

My beef here is he is selling a 1500$ clone for 6k, he lists "All PARTS ARE GERMAN", when clearly it was built on a special weapons reciever. At most this gun is worth 3k, but more than likely 2-2500. He is trying to list it as a legit HK, which it's not. It's illegal to mark the spine with HK now the spine can be marked with MP5-K, but it's not HK MP5-K which he clearly displays on the spine.

People like me know what they are looking at when it comes to these, and trust me I know the price ranges they fall in, and this was an intended ripoff. I am unsure of your situation, but don't assume I one of those people, when you you admited to that you don't know much about the MP5.

I have an AR-15 that has all the colt parts, but its labeled as a Stag that Colt made a rollmark error.
Wanna buy it for $900 way cheaper than the real Colts or we could go $2k since its a Colt mistake that is SUPER RARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the pictures clearly showed the receiver, anyone stupid enough to believe that it was a true HK after seeing the different name on the receiver deserves to be separated from his money.

And what's with the selector switch being able to rotate to the full auto position ( see the pictures in the link ) ?
Even if it doesn't fire full auto, wouldn't the ATF be very interested in this person and weapon just for the selector switch being able to move to the full auto position ?

No, the full auto trigger housing is okay and legal to install, just not the actual trigger pack that it houses. These are clipped and pinned for that purpose.

Yeah he swapped the wording around when I filed it as a fraud attempt with Gunbroker. No one deserves to be beaten out of money in this economy. When someone makes a highend purchase, it maybe their first firearm purchase, and he/she may not know the ins and outs like we do, but what he ultimatly desires. This douche bag was feeding on that.....POS in my opinion.

Not seen many Fal's I take it. The simple fact that the selector goes into the FA position has caused much grief among owners. Barny Fife believes that if the selector can go to the FA position that the DSA receiver'd Fal must be a machine gun, right?

Just because the AR lower is the controlled part does not make every other gun the same. On many it is the upper that is the controlled part but Barny Fife will have no part of it because his Mercian M16 has the lower as the one with the ser #. I have an HKSP89 sbr'd, which is similar to the MP5K, but doesn't have 3 lug barrel, none the less it's a sweet gun. Will post a pic in a few minutes..

My bad[Slap]... I was speaking of full built MP5's in general that HK produced back then... not stripped receivers [Beer]

I understand that there are only genuine HK parts only though not receivers, but I've heard that some have taken the cut out/demilled HK receiver and used the HK mag well (and other HK stamped parts) with the "Heckler and Kock" stamp and somehow mount it onto a blank receiver... to pass it off as a genuine MP5...

... I could be wrong.. but that's what I recall pulling up back then when I had a MP5 clone [Tooth]
