I picked up an LCR in 22lr for students to use during ccw training. Had one student run the class with his LCR in 38spl. very nice revolver, great trigger for a DAO, small p/grip yet surprisingly manageable. I liked the guys 38 regarding overall performance and accuracy.
Not a big DAO fan, however the 22 was a must have item. I suggest you give the LCR consideration when revolver shopping.
YMMV.

I'd agree!! How is the trigger on the LCR-22? I was thinking about one for my kids to try out for plinking, but if the trigger is too heavy, it wouldn't work for them.

Thanks!

Same exact smooth DAO unit.

Disagree. And I own both, the 38 and the 22. The trigger on the 38 feels noticeably smoother to me.

Considered getting the .38 for my wife and I for a personal carry. Going to see how manageable the recoil is tomorrow:) Great feeling little gun though.
