Last few times I have ordered from them it has taken up to 3 full weeks for my items to arrive. I get the whole world will end and firearms will be taken away tomorrow so stock up but come on... 3 weeks for a stock?????
I've just ordered parts it hasn't been any uppers, lowers or anything that's on back order.. Plus two of my items where missing pieces that I notified them about 2 weeks ago and they still have not shipped..
I've contacted them several times and keep getting the run around. That's the last time I order from them....[Bang]

I have worked in a warehouse before. FIFO and yes, your stock will take 3 weeks to ship if they are just running 3 weeks behind.
PSA has been experiencing growing pains. They really need to hire someone who has experienced that kind of explosive growth small businesses can and get their warehouse/CS branches in order.
My ammo order last week took 3 days to process, and I now have a tracking number.
When I bought a rifle from them it took almost a month, and that was about a year ago.

I have worked in a warehouse as Management for 17 years and currently still do.
I placed that order for my stock over the phone and was told I'd have it within 7 business days. I received it in 16 business days and that's just bad business.
As a customer and not as an ops manager I could care less what they need to do to fix their issues behind the scenes. The entire industry is growing and it's not just them. They keep this type of customer service up and they won't need to worry about further growth.

It's the way it works. Some companies rise to the occasion, others don't. PSA doesn't seem to be, and they probably will be out of business in a few years. Simple as that.

Took 3 weeks for my upper. Having lived in the Fal world try buying something from DSA. I have been lucky with wait times near 6 months. I know some that waited almost a year for there stuff and they are still around.
Almost as much fun as waiting on ammo from Sportsman's Guide.[Flower]
Two weeks for my lower parts kit to arrive and it showed up with no fire control parts and a defective safety lever. [Rant1]
I called today and politely complained. We'll see what happens.
I actually have an upper on order right now. I actually hope it takes three or four weeks to get to me this time so it doesn't arrive while I'm off in Hawaii.[Beer]
FYI... I won't be ordering anything from them again. It's a shame too. I really like their barrels and they have great prices.
Oh, well.
Ordered a lpk with stock buffer etc Sunday, got an email stating it shipped today. When it arrives I plan to google what a lpk consists of so I can see if anything is missing or not
I haven't had any problems with orders from PSA and I've been dealing with them for two years.

Ray that's what happened to me as well. 2 LPK's had the wrong or missing parts what a PITA... Enjoy Hawaii....[Beer]
Ordered some magpul p mags from them and it took 2 weeks to get here...
Slow shipping has always been an issue with them. It really doesn't bother me because I know to expect it. But when a parts kit finally arrives and it is missing the trigger, the hammer, the disconnector, the trigger pin, the hammer pin, the trigger spring, the hammer spring, and the disconnector spring and has an improperly machined safety selector.... Well, that's just rediculous.
