Come on Boys![Beer]
You can do better than that!
Love Colorado and probably lived there before most of you were born.
First stint was in 1947 when my Dad was stationed at Fitzsimmons.
Last was 2000-2003 working at Stone & Webster near Denver Tech Center!
Would be living there now but grandkids are here, near Houston, so that is where I will be!
Thanks for the greeting though, nice to be able to bring so much joy to folks!

Welcome roninrus! I can only imagine how much Colorado has changed since the 40's. I moved here 21 years ago when you could reliably find a parking space on the street in Denver.

We'll trade our Democrats for yours any day. Hell, we'll even toss in Bill [gun-free school zone] Owens, our ex-RINO governor.
[LOL]

Shoot, Denver is changed every time I pass thru.
Don't seem that long ago there was not much past I-25 & 225.
Wife is there working right now and I will spend a weekend around July 21.
Just a quick visit so no time to really get out.
Heading to mid-east July 7 for business and back home on 17th.
Only good thing is I get the frequent flier miles!

Owens - no thanks, I was there while he was governor.

Ya'll take care!

You have no clue what hot is...
till you have been in south Texas on a summer day...
with humidity up around the temperature...
and it never cools off at night...
like here @ 6.7K altitude...
This here Colorado is...
"almost Heaven!'

Welcome, roninrus1!

I used to live down in your neck of the woods in Spring, TX. What makes it hot in Texas is the humidity, not the heat. I'll take the CO heat any day, where perspiration cools you down like it's supposed to. It cools off at night in those parts...during the winter.
