Hornady Warranty

I have a Hornady case trimmer and after two years of light/moderate use (less than 1000 rounds) the handle broke.

I looked at the Hornady website and it said lifetime warranty. I gave them a call and in under 15 minutes I had an email with a shipping number for a new handle assembly.

When I called the automated attendant on the phone system had a message about how frustrating the phone system can be and how you can pound the '0' button to get to a live person at any time but that cursing and jumping up and down would be less effective.

It was nice to call a company that understands customer service. I was very pleased.

I like Hornady stuff, nice to know they have good service. They seem to have fun too. Zombie stuff, leverlution soft points, XTP bullets, all priced decent. Thanks for letting folks know they can spend money with a warm fuzzy feeling.

I use Hornady bullets almost exclusively. Just not a big fan of their dies. Good to know they stand behind their products like that though.

BS. You use whatever i have, that i'm not reloading for:)
They do have good CS as does any reolading mfg.
