I thought I'd try to lighten things up a little.
You're making a delicious BLT and open the door of the fridge. You see Mayonnaise and Miracle Whip. Which do you choose?
I think Miracle Whip has a great marketing campaign with those commercials.
I don't really care for Miracle Whip.
Salty grease vs the alternative? MW wins.
MLT is better than a BLT. Especially when the mutton is nice and leeeeean
Ugh. Can't stand MW. Wife loves it, and that was almost a deal breaker for me.
Ok, not really, but I do hate it greatly.
I can not stand the tangy zip of MW.. Mayo.

I picked nothing because I'm a boring type of person, but that would depend on the food. However this is a good time to discuss something.
At what point in this country did it become perfectly okay to drown every damn sandwich and burger with gallons of condiments? Hand held food does not need to drip. I went to jummy johns the other day, apparently when I said turkey they heard "a pint of mayo garnished with turkey". Carl's junior is the worst for this. Their damn commercial sound like sex with the slurping of condiments that fall off their food.

This is because lots of commercially made food is tasteless junk. They have to drown it in condiments to make it taste "good".
A swath of mayo or MW on a bun is supposed to "enhance" the taste of the sandwich, not "be" the taste of it.

Because of the taste or the marketing campaign?

MW sucks, I've sent food back to the kitchen before because of that crap. "MAKE ME A SAMWITCH THE RIGHT WAY BITCH AND DON'T PUT THE CRAP ON IT."

I can taste whatever chemical crap it is they put in MW to give it that "zing."
I threw a sandwich away at my house a couple of months ago because I forgot how awful MW is to my taste buds.
I don't put mayo on everything, but mayo over MW all day.
Mayo for sandwiches, but the time I do love MW. Just dipping left over turkey on a plate, after Thanksgiving.

+1... You beat me to it.
I tend to get the light mayo anyways, so either is fine with me. I like them both, so i can't vote.

I grew up with MW ... a few years ago I switched to Mayo ... I like both and I like switching back and forth occasionally.

Miracle whip tastes like rotten, sour mayo. If you prefer MW you are a socialist.

My refrigerator has a large jar of real mayonaise as well as a large jar of Miracle Whip.
While I'm slowly winning her over to the authentic flavor of real mayo, my wife prefers Miracle Whip - and I refuse to eat it.
Can't stand MW.
On BLT's, I like to mix in Boulder Hot Sauce's Harry's Habenero or Smokey Serrano. I guess I do that with most of my sandwiches. It's unfortunate he named his company after a liberal ass town, but it's great hot sauce and he's my old neighbor (in Denver).

On a side note, mixing Sriracha and Mayo makes an awesome sandwich spread and french fry dipping sauce (would likely work with MW too). 3 parts mayo, 1 part Sriracha ... a bit of lime juice and/or soy sauce optional.

Naw ... he just named it after a really large rock (much easier to take that way)

They're both nasty.
Horseradish
Wasabi
I had a good time once when my friend went to make a sammich and thought the unlabeled jar of horseradish from another friend was mayo.. there had been alcohol involved.. needless to say.. watching him cry after he bit into a sammich was priceless.

I like BBQ sauce on my BLT, sometimes I get ambitious and ad in a hard fried egg as well.

+1 on that!
Siracha is a staple..
I shamefully admit that I am a MW guy.
NOW the real question for Gilpin Guy is.........:
MAPLE OR JALAPENO BACON?!?!?!?!?

Mayo!! MW is garbage!
Mustard FTW!!!!!

I vote MW for a BLT. Prefer Grey Poupon on most samiches, brats, burgers. Like franks, I put that shit on everything. I can tolerate mayo if necessary, just too bland.
Now poll for best bottled BBQ sauce? Sweet Baby Rays!

I'm like the undercover brother. Mayo sometimes. MW never. I to love their extreme commercials. I'm sure Tony hawk likes MW.
