The gas tube part inside my upper receiver is slightly bent, it's scratching again the inside of carrier gas key. How can i fix this without sending it to a gunsmith or factory? Plastic tools?

Thanks Chunky[Beer]
In all reality I would not attempt to straighten the tube, just replace it. They are not overly expensive, less than $20.00.
The real question is why did it bend? Loose/misaligned gas key? Barrel nut improperly aligned.
The bent tube is just a symptom.

It shoot very straights tho. I could have done it when i was installing KAC quad rail, but i really dont remember twisting anything.

The gas tube has nothing to do with how straight the rifle shoots.
Barrel nut alignment would be my guess.

Correct.
If you are not comfortable or do not fully understand what you are dealing with come see me. I would hate to see you damage your rifle or yourself.

I don't know your shops actual address, but it seems far from me. Let me try and see tomorrow if the guys at my local shop is kind enough to work this out, it may still be under warranty. I'll pay you a visit if they are giving me attitudes. You can PM me the quote at yours, so I won't be bullshitted on.
Thanks.

Listen to the BP!
Don't piss with it and kink it. I don't know what would happen, but think of it as a kinked or broken brake line on your car. Pressure, volume, flow rate, etc. A simple kink can reduce volume and then it won't work.
Just replace it.

If you or someone has made modifications, a factory warranty is out the window.
And the LGS where you bought it from will tell you to contact the manufacturer for warranty work.
Go see Bert, and tell him everything done to it when you take your AR to him. You can't do any better than BP Tactical.....[Tooth]

I just put a knight's armament rail on it, i doubt Bushmaster will say that's too much of a tempering. If it is, I shall call them Bushbastard.

If it was a 2 piece hand guard replacement rail, I see your point.
If it was a one piece free float rail, you are screwed for any factory warranty claim.
If this problem existed before you put the rail on, that should have been the time for warranty repairs.
But if the problem only manifested itself after you put the rail on in your attempt at being a weekend gun smith,
admit it man, you Bubba'd your AR ! And now you want someone else to fix your fuck up on their dime.

Thanks for the infos guys. I took it to Rocky Mountain Shooters Supply the morning, I bought the gun from them. And they offered to have their gunsmith to put a new one in for me and check anything else.
I'm pretty happy with their reply, I recommend RMSS for those in the Northern Colorado, good sales men, the gunsmiths there are pretty helpful too.
