A little help for predator season.....

Well my AR was destroyed via a fire at my father's house. So now I have nothing. I know I am a newbie on here, but I don't know where else to turn for help. I already have a stripped lower and upper. I am looking for anything to help put them together for the upcoming predator season.

Items that I need include:

BCG (complete )
Barrel 16 ~ 20
Gas block

I know it's not what you had in mind, but check out the savage axis (formerly the savage edge). They are available in 223 and it may be cheaper to get one at Walmart than to build up an AR.

That will give you another year to save up and build a sweet AR rather than a thrown together one.

If it helps, my Savage Edge/Axis is decent for the cheap $. (mine is 308 though).

I already have 75% of the ar built...so I only need the parts listed to complete it. Thanks for the info on that Savage. I looked at them, but it's not what I want. So I can't see spending money on something I would just sell for less than I spent on it. Thanks -Song Dog

You should be able to find a barrel in the $100 range, check SAA and DSA, and it will come with front sight/gas block
